Keeping the ball in the air can be difficult, especially in volatile Asian markets. High turnover, poor ethics and changing aspirations are all difficult to manage. Then there are changes in Government Policies that may affect your whole business.

Having key employees who are positive is a good strategy. They are your leaders. Positive leaders in your organisation will influence other staff further down the food chain. Picking and developing key leaders is as important as clearing out the negative people in your organisation.
